FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Job Title: Flutter Developer (Mobile + Car Dashboard / Real-Time Systems) Location: Kolkata, India (Remote / Hybrid) About the Job We are building a real-time, offline-capable emergency alert system called Digital Green Corridor that enables ambulances to communicate with nearby vehicles. This is not a typical mobile app — it is a driver-facing, safety-critical interface that must work in real-time, low-network conditions, and eventually integrate with car dashboard / infotainment systems. You will help build a system that directly impacts emergency response and traffic behavior. Job Title: Networking Engineer (Bluetooth / Mesh Communication / V2X) Location: Kolkata, India (Remote-friendly) About the Job We are building an offline-first emergency communication system called Digital Green Corridor that enables ambulances to communicate with nearby vehicles in real-time — even without internet. This role focuses on designing and implementing a resilient, low-latency communication layer using peer-to-peer technologies, delay-tolerant networking, and fallback mechanisms. You will work on building a system that operates across: • Bluetooth / WiFi Direct mesh networks • Store-Carry-Forward (Delay-Tolerant Networking) • Cellular fallback (push / broadcast) • Future V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) integration Responsibilities • Develop peer-to-peer communication systems using: o Google Nearby Connections (Android) o Multipeer Connectivity (iOS – optional) • Implement device discovery, connection lifecycle, and session management • Design and optimize message broadcasting, receiving, and acknowledgment systems • Build Store-Carry-Forward (SCF) logic for intermittent connectivity scenarios • Implement controlled packet propagation: o Packet ID tracking o Deduplication o Hop count / TTL mechanisms • Optimize communication for: o Low latency o High reliability o Minimal battery consumption • Design lightweight data packet formats (low bandwidth usage) • Integrate fallback mechanisms: o Push notifications (Firebase) o Cellular broadcast strategies (where applicable) • Collaborate with mobile team for seamless integration with Flutter apps • Contribute to future-ready architecture for V2X communication systems Required Qualifications • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: o TCP/IP basics, latency, packet flow • Hands-on experience with: o Bluetooth / BLE o WiFi Direct / peer-to-peer communication • Understanding of distributed systems or decentralized communication • Basic Android development knowledge • Strong debugging and system-level problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with: o Mesh networking systems o Delay-Tolerant Networking (Store-Carry-Forward) o Real-time or event-driven communication systems • Familiarity with: o Flutter plugin integration o Google Nearby Connections API • Understanding of: o Push notification systems (Firebase) o Network congestion handling • Interest or exposure to: o V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything communication) o IoT / edge networking systems Compensation • Internship / stipend / equity-based (early-stage startup) Who Should Apply • Engineers who enjoy solving real-world communication problems • Builders interested in offline-first systems and distributed networks • Candidates excited to work on life-saving infrastructure-level technology
